Infrastructure
Roads, water and facilities built to last, budgeted honestly with sustainability and the environment being key areas of concern. A growing community like Listowel and the Municipality of North Perth as a whole, needs to put the infrastructure that services our communities first. Growth can’t happen in a meaningful way without these in place.
Growth
Smart development that keeps Listowel, Gowanstown, Atwood, Elma and Wallace townships livable. We have all felt the pain and enjoyed the benefits of growth over the last number of years. I’m committed to ensuring that this continues in a responsible way.
Social Services
Support for families, seniors and newcomers to our community need to be in place. Compassionate and structured ways to address homeless. Encouraging affordability by tackling the tough issues like housing, food insecurity and transit costs. Creating a community that is rich in diversity and encourages equality.
